At a Planned Parenthood clinic in Colorado Springs, Colorado, a domestic terrorist that killed three people, including one police officer, and wounded nine others (including five police officers) has been captured after surrendering to the police. Police said that the wounded were at the hospital “at Penrose and Memorial hospitals Friday night were in good condition.” The terrorist, identified as Robert Lewis Dear, is reportedly originally from North Carolina. The terrorist used a “long firearm” rifle to kill and wound and also apparently planned to use propane-based bombs.

ABC reports that the Colorado Springs Police was holding “Robert Lewis Dear” on no bond as he awaited his first court appearance scheduled for Monday (November 30, 2015).
Other information on the terrorist is still being determined. R.E.A.L. has identified potential information regarding residence in South Carolina.

Lt. Catherine Buckley of the Colorado Springs Police Department said that the terrorist Robert Lewis Dear, “had brought items with him to the Planned Parenthood clinic. Police indicated the items may have been explosive in nature. There were reports they included propane tanks. They said he left items outside the clinic and inside it.” At one point, the authorities were asking for social media to respect reporting on the developing situation due to the sensitivity of police operations.
AP also reported that “Planned Parenthood said all of its staff at the clinic was safe. The organization said it did not know the circumstances or motives behind the attack or whether the organization was the target. The University of Colorado in Colorado Springs police department identified the officer killed as 44-year-old Garrett Swasey, a six-year veteran of the force. He was married and had a son and daughter, according to the website of his church, Hope Chapel in Colorado Springs. ”
FOX 31 reported that “the Planned Parenthood office is in a shopping center that includes a King Soopers grocery store and many other businesses. There were a reported 150 people locked down inside the King Soopers. Police were rescuing and escorting people out of the immediate area of the shooting scene.”
AP reported: “‘We don’t have any information on this individual’s mentality, or his ideas or ideology,’ Colorado Springs police Lt. Catherine Buckley told reporters.”
FOX 31 News reported: “Nationally, Homeland Security briefed President Obama about the situation. The New York City Police Department announced security at Planned Parenthood offices there was being increased as a precaution.”
AP also reported: “Ozy Licano was in the two-story building’s parking lot when he saw someone crawling toward the clinic’s door. He tried to escape in his car when the gunman looked at him. ‘He came out, and we looked each other in the eye, and he started aiming, and then he started shooting,’ Licano said. ‘I saw two holes go right through my windshield as I was trying to quickly back up and he just kept shooting and I started bleeding.’ Licano drove away and took refuge at a nearby grocery store. ‘He was aiming for my head,’ he said of the gunman. ‘It’s just weird to stare in the face of someone like that. And he didn’t win.’ Inside, terrified patients and staff hid wherever they could find cover. Jennifer Motolinia ducked under a table and called her brother, Joan, to leave him final instructions for the care of her three children in case the gunman found her. Joan Motolinia said he could hear gunshots in the background as his sister spoke. ‘She was telling me to take care of her babies because she could get killed,’ he said.”

In another terrorist attack targeting the killing of Muslims in Nigeria, the terrorist group Boko Haram launched a vicious attack in Nigeria on November 27, 2015, killing thus far 21 and injuring dozens (at least 45). The Associated Press reports that local police stated a “second suicide bomber was detained before he could blow himself up and was being interrogated.”
The Islamic Movement of Nigeria, attacked by the Boko Haram terrorists, reported: “Scores of Brothers and Sister, including children were killed. Among the dead was the bomber whose only remain was his chest and head.”

Terrorist gunmen came into a Shiite mosque during evening prayers on Thursday November 26, 2015, and shot at the 20 Muslim worshippers, killing 1 and wounding 3. The Bogra mosque is about 125 miles northwest of Dhaka, in Bangladesh. In the ISIS attack on the Muslim mosque in Bogra, reports state the ISIS terrorists killed the muezzin and injured the imam.
CNN reported on November 27, 2015: “ISIS — a Sunni extremist group that’s taken over vast swaths of Syria and Iraq and has been tied to terror attacks across Asia, Africa and Europe — claimed credit for the attack in a statement distributed online by supporters.”

ISIS previously claimed responsibility for an October 24, 2015 terrorist attack on a gathering of Shiite Muslims in Dhaka, Bangladesh, which killed a 14 year old boy and wounded more than 50 other people. Five bombs were reportedly thrown at the Muslim procession, which police described as “explosive devices and almost like grenades and fitted with batteries.”

The announcement of the fourth arrest of Joseph Martin Backman came on Wednesday afternoon. He has also been charged with assault. FOX 9 news reports that “Police are working in conjunction with the FBI and are not seeking any more suspects.”

Raw Story reports that “[a]uthorities arrested 23-year-old Allen ‘Lance’ Scarsella following a brief SWAT standoff Tuesday afternoon in Bloomington (as shown in this video), and two other suspects, 21-year-old Nathan Gustavsson and 26-year-old Daniel Macey, later turned themselves in.” Raw Story also provides the initial distribution of the photographs of Allen Lawrence “Lance” Scarsella and Nathan Gustavsson.
FOX 9 News also reports that “[w]hen raiding Scarsella’s residence, investigators looked for photos, phones, recording devices, weapons as well as “evidence of hate crimes or white supremacy paraphernalia.” Allen Lawrence “Lance” Scarsella was also apparently a classmate with a Mankato police officer, Officer Levin, who Scarsella confessed his involvement in the terrorist attack.

But Allen ‘Lance’ Scarsella’s Facebook photo shows a mole above his eyebrow that suggests he is the passenger who calls himself Black Powder Ranger in the video. Scarella’s cover photo shows ‘Bonnie Blue’ Confederate flag, captioned, ‘This isn’t the somalian flag, (by the way).’ He lists among his ‘like’ several gun shops and pro-gun groups associated with the III Percent militia movement, as well as the OAF Nation military veterans militia group.”
Based on our research, it appears that Daniel Macey, of Pine City, MN, attends Pine Technical and Community College. If we confirm this, we have additional information.
A number of the members appeared to have met on the 4chan board on the /k/ board, which is the “weapons” discussion group.

It appears a fourth man, also in the earlier videos reported, was released because of an alibi for his whereabouts at the time of the November 23, 2015 shooting.
In addition to the apparent support by arrested Allen Lawrence “Lance” Scarsella for racist Confederate symbols, the men have a strong association with U.S. military individuals, including individuals in the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, as well as officers in the U.S. Army and in the U.S. Marine Corps. After his arrest, Mr. Scarsella’s U.S. military friends have not “unfriended” him on Facebook.
Nathan Gustavsson’s friends and associates also have a heavy involvement in the U.S. Military, gun enthusiasts posing for photographs with their guns, gun shops, as well as supporters of the Tea Party Patriots group.
It should be DEEPLY TROUBLING to Americans to see individuals associated with the military (see also the Star-Tribune report on released individual bearing similarity to “SaigaMarine” terror suspect) with GUNS to terrorize African-Americans.

During the night of November 23, 2014, protesters , including supporters of #BlackLivesMatter, held a protest outside of the Minneapolis, Minnesota Fourth precinct police office in northern Minneapolis. Responsible for Equality And Liberty (R.E.A.L.) has learned that the Minneapolis terrorist attack, which happened around 10:40 PM, is reportedly by White Supremacist terrorists who wore masks and taunted the protesters. The Minneapolis Black Lives Matter Twitter site reports ” All 5 are in stable condition.” It also reported: “This was terrorism. White supremacist terrorism. The most common on the planet.”

The Minneapolis Star-Tribune reports: “Miski Noor, a media contact for Black Lives Matter, said ‘a group of white supremacists showed up at the protest, as they have done most nights.’ One of the three counterdemonstrators wore a mask, said Dana Jaehnert, who had been at the protest site since early evening.” Other reports state the terrorists wore bullet proof vests. MPRNews reports “Three victims were taken to a hospital in a private vehicle, and two were transported by ambulance.” The Minneapolis Star Tribune states from a police source that the injuries to the protesters are not “life-threatening.”
Facts on the terrorist attack are still being gathered. R.E.A.L. will summarize some major comments being made by reported witnesses on Twitter. After the terrorist attack in the alley near the police station, witnesses state it took 15 to 20 minutes for a police response. Other witnesses described the terrorists as “Suspect info: Two middle aged WM, 5’10”, bullet proof vests on, 1 red sweatshirt.” Another witness claimed: “Police maced the crowd to move them back.” Another witness stated: “I called 911 and was put on hold for 5 mins I am in shock numb.” Another witness stated “Cops standing around instead of looking for the white supremacists who shot ppl tonight.” Other witnesses state the police should have had better opportunities to catch the terrorist suspects.

WCCO reports that “A community concert is scheduled for 5 p.m. Tuesday that protesters hope will promote healing and unity.” The Jamar Clark family calls for end of “occupation” protests, saying it’s concerned about safety of protesters. WCCO reports that “Clark’s brother Eddie Sutton released a statement following the incident, calling for an end to the precinct protests. ‘[I]n light of tonight’s shootings, the family feels out of imminent concern for the safety of the occupiers, we must get the occupation of the 4th Precinct ended and onto a next step.”

The protests were in front of the Fourth Precinct Minneapolis Police Station, over the November 15, 2015 shooting death of African-American Jamar Clark. The protesters have stated that the police shooting happened while Jamar Clark was restrained; police spokespersons have said there was a struggle. A video of the event surfaced, but the Minnesota Governor Mark Dayton stated video was “inconclusive.” The U.S. Department of Justice announced on November 22, 2015, that it was going to conduct an investigation into Jamar Clark’s death. Prior to the terrorist attack, Jamar Clark’s funeral was opened to the public and was to be performed on Wednesday November 25. Under the circumstances, R.E.A.L. is not going to share the location of Jamar Clark’s funeral in this report, which was reported in previous press accounts.

On November 22, CNN also released a report on the Minneapolis protests, indicating concerns from protesters and witnesses that stated Jamar Clark was in handcuffs when he was shot. CNN also reported on violence by some protesters frustrated with the pace of the investigation. Based on R.E.A.L.’s investigation, Black Lives Matters supporters have not condoned any violence by protesters. The Minneapolis stated they were frustrated with the presence and threat of protesters.

The Minneapolis police have made a public statement that they have arrested a 23 year old white male in the Chicago, Illinois suburb of Bloomington.
In addition, the Black Lives Matter group in Minneapolis has obtained a video of masked, white individuals brandishing a pistol, which they believe are associated with the November 23, 2015 terrorist attack on the Black Lives Matter protest. On the video, the white supremacists called themselves names such as: “SaigaMarine” and “BlackPowderRanger.”

The group reports: “[a]fter community members on livestream started questioning them they left without incident, then we later found a video of them en route to the protest brandishing a pistol and making comments including ‘stay white’ and justifying the killing of Jamar Clark. It has come to our attention that members of this group plan on returning tonight to our candlelight vigil at 4:30, some may come armed. They say they will be wearing the “4 of clubs” to identify one another, so watch for this badge or patch on their clothing.”

The white supremacists urged their viewers to “stay white” and brandished a pistol in their plans to “make the fire rise,” and see what the protesters were doing, calling them a racial slur. According to Black Lives Matter Minneapolis, information has become available at an Internet Link, in a series of emails which a group believed to be the terrorists, discussed their plans to disrupt the protest in an email trail called “Chimpout Friday Night,” which may provide information to identify members of the white supremacists terrorist group.
R.E.A.L. has also obtained still image from other videos which the white supremacist Minneapolis protest disrupters, apparently meeting on 4Chan, have promotedthrough their white supremacist friends on the Stormfront hate group. The individuals look like the same people, one of which calls himself “/k/”.

The white supremacists have been posting videos of disrupting protests under the screenname “NeatoBurrito Productions,” with the goal to disrupt the Minneapolis protests. They show videos of themselves disrupting protests on November 20, November 21, and November 22. The white supremacists are still at large as of 1 PM today, because they posted a new video of the November 23 disruption. In that video, they show their video up to a point, where they stop and put the words “Shots Fired,” and then replace the rest of the video with Russia Today (RT) stock footage. They like to use the phrase “The Fire Rises.”

Based on this Internet Link, we can readily determine that elsewhere, one of the individuals named in the email identifies themselves as being from St. Paul, Minnesota. Another individual named in the email train also is in St. Paul, Minnesota, and has a Facebook page with the Confederate flag. Another individual refers to themselves as “mnchimpout” and as “mnchimpout2,” and told his followers that his plan was to blend in with a crowd of protesters.
Other Internet postings by “mnchimpout” also suggest anger regarding Somalian immigrants in Minnesota.

On Wednesday, March 25, 2015, the FBI arrested two men involved as American recruits of the ISIS terrorist organization, from Aurora, Illinois. The two ISIS American recruits arrested by the FBI were: Army National Guard Specialist Hasan Edmonds, 22, a U.S. citizen, and his cousin Jonas Edmonds, 29, a U.S. citizen. They were “arrested without incident at Chicago Midway International Airport by members of the Chicago FBI’s Joint Terrorism Task Force (JTTF) while attempting to fly to Cairo, Egypt.” “Both defendants were charged in a criminal complaint filed yesterday in U.S. District Court of the Northern District of Illinois with one count of conspiring to provide material support and resources to a foreign terrorist organization.”
Army National Guard Specialist Hasan Edmonds also wrote about his desire to conduct a terrorist attack on the United States of America, similar to the attacks on Paris.
In the arrest complaint, Army National Guard Specialist Hasan Edmonds planned to use his military training to use to fight on behalf of ISIS terrorist organization, and planned to travel “from Chicago and arrive in Cairo, Egypt, with layovers in Detroit and Amsterdam.”
In addition, they plotted a terrorist against the United States of America. The FBI reports: “As alleged in the complaint, both defendants also planned for Jonas Edmonds to carry out an act of terrorism in the United States after Hasan Edmonds departed. In particular, both defendants met with an FBI undercover employee and presented a plan to carry out an armed attack against a U.S. military facility in northern Illinois, an installation where Hasan Edmonds had been training. Jonas Edmonds asked the FBI undercover employee to assist in the attack and explained that they would use Hasan Edmonds’ uniforms and the information he supplied about how to access the installation and target officers for attack.”
As the New Yorker also reported on their case, Jonas Edmonds wrote “about ‘bring[ing] the pain to them here,’ maximizing ‘damage and mayhem,’ and ‘something like the brother in Paris did.’ ”
The FBI reports that the two men were indicted on April 3, 2015: “Conspiring to provide material support to a foreign terrorist organization carries a maximum penalty of 15 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.”
On November 19, 2015, the Chicago Tribune reported that both men pled guilty. The Chicago Tribune reports: “Two Aurora cousins who had allegedly aligned themselves with the Islamic State terror organization intend to plead guilty next month to charges alleging they plotted to carry out an attack earlier this year on the Joliet Armory. In a brief court hearing Thursday, a lawyer for Jonas and Hasan Edmonds said both are finalizing written plea agreements with prosecutors. U.S. District Judge John Lee set separate hearings next month for the two to plead guilty.
