September 11, 2010 – Washington DC – John Marshall Park – Rally for Peace, Prayer, and Love
Responsible for Equality And Liberty (R.E.A.L.)’s Jeffrey Imm will lead a remembrance on September 11, 2011 at 12 Noon in John Marshall Park in Washington DC. We urge those who seek peace and compassion to join us in person, or to join us in prayer, wherever you are.
[NOTE: the NPS has asked to relocate from Freedom Plaza to John Marshall Park. The John Marshall Park is on Pennsylvania Avenue and C Street NW, across the street from the National Gallery of Art (NGA) and in short walking distance from the Archives Metro Stop (Yellow/Green Line) or the Judiciary Square Metro Stop (Red Line). Note the Archives Metro stop is just about 2 blocks away. The John Marshall Park is between the Canadian Embassy and U.S. District Court Building - we will gather towards the statue of Supreme Court Justice John Marshall on the Pennsylvania Avenue side.]

John Marshall Park Grounds (John Marshall Foundation) - Our event will be in the park, and we will gather towards the statue of U.S. Supreme Court Justice John Marshall
Our goal is to DEMONSTRATE that the love we have for one another is GREATER than the differences that some seek to emphasize.
We seek to DEMONSTRATE that people of all religions, identity groups, and genders, can share our common bonds of human dignity, human respect, human rights, and human love.
Join us on September 11, 2010 in Washington DC at John Marshall Park at 12 Noon, and help show the world that America still is the land of the free and the home of the brave.
